The two types of system support we offer are: -
Annual Contracted System Support
For a set annual fee we can provide system support to your company whenever it's required, a one off annual
fee will cover you for all the support you require within the year of cover - no other payments are required,
just the one annual fee each year takes care of all your system support.
As well as providing on demand support we also provide set visits several times a year to give your system a
full check to make sure that its running at its optimum capacity, to iron out any niggling or unseen problems,
and to make any required updates or amendments.
Pay As You Go System Support
If you aren't signed up for a annual contract with us, we are pleased to offer this type of system support.
We offer you on demand support, where you pay for the support as soon as it required and has been delivered -
this fee is calculated on an hourly basis.
With this type of support we will send experienced and qualified consultants to your site to solve any system
problems or make any updates that are required.
